42 GTX / Legacy
 

I have my eye on a 42 legacy. Really would like a sit down boat but not much luck. Is there any boats out there that will be hitting the market soon or that someone is thinking about selling. Around the 150k range. Only interested in stagger #6 boats.

That 42 GTX sold a couple weeks ago, good deal though!

yup, I was eyeing that one hard. I didn't have a buyer for my hustler at the time. I have a few people nibbling on it and the first person who comes to look at the boat will buy it. As soon as I went to the Ad to get bryans # to inquire about it I saw it sold. I checked out a 42 at loto this weekend but the price Is a bit high for needing a full redo IMO. Seeing what else is out there or might come on the market soon or seeing if anyone is interested in selling?

I would have bought that GTX if I were in the market, love that thing!

What are you asking for the Hustler? What's fast cruise on that boat?

Why don't you put your custom boat building skills on exhibit, and convert that rough water Hustler beast to a sit-down boat? :D

i have thought long and hard about doing a crazy project. I'm so booked out at my shop it took me 3/4 of the summer to even get a buff on my hustler. I don't have time. I can't turn away full redos and paying customers to redo a boat for myself. I reallly want to just buy a boat and enjoy it. Been looking at a few, "ridiculous" options and do a custom project. I'm looking at a big power stagger 42 fountain. If I buy that I will convert to sit down with an acrylic windshield. Fountains are dime a dozen around here so if I could pick up an OL that's my first option. But right now I'm booked till winter with jobs from all over the US so if I can buy something I don't need to take a sawzall to I would much rather

PM if you're serious about price. It is sub 95k tho if that interests you. The boat will cruise all day 80-100 depending on load. Half tank 2 people with a light chop it's 82 mph gps at 4000 rpm.

Cruise @ 100mph? wow.

depends what your deffiniton of "cruise" is lol
