There are (2) 30' Supers and a 29' Kryp coming across from Greenport. If I can get my butt out of bed early enough, I'm going to meet them at bell 8 or at the mouth. Anyone want to join?

I'm really not sure yet whether I'm going to trailer or run it. Depends on the weather. Are you guys meeting someplace other than where Rich and the other guys meet? Where's the I-95 ramp?

hey ron...
the ramp is just down the road from ocean performance, under the baldwin bridge...get off exit 67 and parallel the hiway by taking a left at the first light...it'll lead you right there..the ramp is real nice, and an easy drive....look for me around exit 57..i'll be heading that way.!

Ron, You will be alot warmer trailering up to the river.
Like Chris said, the ramp is right under the I-95 bridge that goes over the river.
Exit 67, take a right, then quickly get in the left lane. Left at the light onto route 1 north. Route 1 north will lead you back to 95 but just bare right past the on ramp. The road will bend around past 2-3 marinas then under the bridge. The boat launch will be on your right. It is about the best ramp you could ask for. 4 boats at a time and plenty of parking. It will take you about 1hr 15min from Milford.
5-6 boats, that I know of, will be launching there for the run.

i'm up at 6..free for the day and 45 minutes away....i'll be there at 8 with a boxojoe and.???....cause it might be a bit nippy...we'll need time to adjust, and watch the rigs roll in!

I talked to a meteorologist and he said he wouldn't make plans for this weekend .
So..... The 2005 CT River Run will be postponed .
It will probably be moved to Oct 22 , or possibly Oct
29 . This will be decided by Fri. , Oct 14."

anyone interested in going to new haven/branford?
run the harbors, screw around inside the breakwater?
a short run to branford would put us at a cool "luncheon venue" (sam's at the brewer yard, up branford river...)

i'll do it, maybe we could liven up the thimbles (the island chain in branford)...or run to that wing place....archie moore's.. in milford....
...if the weather gets too foul, it's only a short hop from ramp to ramp and port to port..

T-Mone and I are in. We were going to try Saturday around noonish or Sunday. Saturday will be warmer 68. Sunday only around 60. We were going to drop the boats in in Milford. What do you guys want to do?

Unfortunately I'll be trailering the boat to Florida the last week of October. I also have friends coming in on the 22nd.

Have to wait until next year.

We are going to shoot for Saturday putting in Milford around 10am. We're hoping the weather gets better. Keep in touch. We'll know better tomorrow afternoon.

Hey Guys,

Unfortunately I will not be able to make the CT river run on the 22nd. I am leaving tommorow and will be bringing the boat to Fl. for the winter. I will be thinking of you all while cruising around Miami on Saturday.. Look forward to next year have fun and be safe. Anthony

Sorry for the little bit of hijack here, but dangerkitty2 do you have any more pics of your boat like interior, cabin, engine. The graphics on your boat are one of my favorites out there. Looks great and I hear it runs good too!
