There's a nice restored 1979 Pantera 24' on Ebay now. What do you think of this deal?

Is it good for the Pantera fan that is on a tight budget? The bidding starts at 13k...compared to around $70,000 starters for a brand new one. Anyone interested?

Just thought I'd pass it along to anyone who is looking.
