Chris, It looks like 11.5" from the center of the rub rail to the somewhat center of the exhaust hole.

This is a tall deck 10.2 ,that makes a difference in the exhaust hole

Craney, I wasn't sure how far I was going to go when I first saw it . I stepped out of my truck after 15 hrs of driving and Jerry took me for a quick ride before dark. The boat looked good, and ran even better. It was loaded on a trailer, that I towed up there ,and with in an hour I was on the road again. It was a crazy trip. :eek:
Let me tell you, On the way back home I basicly had the thing rebuilt in my mind. Over 15 hours of driving, 5 full tanks of gas back to back, and mega coffee. Well.. I was tripp'n

Anyway After taking the boat out a couple of times I decided to go through the whole thing and make it as close to a new boat as I could. I truly am blessed to have this boat. I have had plenty of toys and hot rod cars but never had the type of boat that I have always wanted. Jerry has helped me alot and has been straight up on everything. I can't wait to get this thing in the water. It should run a little better and look alot better.

When this bad boy fires up you wont be able to wipe the smile off my face with a shovel :D :D :D :D
