I saw the 30 adrenaline. Its finish is top notch.
Video has it running nice and level in some rough water.

Hmmm; No formidable competition for the 24' Pantera...

Personally I like the old school look better than the new modern look of the Adrenaline.
And, I'd rather spend the $$ they want for one of these on a much larger boat.

OK you are VERY correct and I have driven the Superboat 24 and you are correct, it is a great boat. I found it very interesting that in todays 8'6" beam trend they are going with the classic 7' beam and flat transom design that is awesome looking when they could have made a 22 footer and added a platform and sold it as a 24.

I too like the deck lines on the Pantera or the Superboat 24's better. I think that a few more true rough water 24 may spice up the P5 class and others.

Re: adrenaline 24

Hey Ironman,
Any idea who made the first 24' long, 7' wide, 24° V boat?
I know it was not Superboat and I don't think it was Pantera either, I believe they both started building boats in the 70s.
John at Superboat did not tell me what boat he copied. He actually told me he didn't remember, but it was a boat from the 60s.
I guess this proven design lives on even with the added glitz of the 21st century... :drink:

It may have even been before Magnum, But I think the Magnum was before either Pantera or Superboat with a 24' by 7' design.

Re: adrenaline 24

i dont think you will find a better ocean running rough water 24' foot boat than a pantera.it is a proven winner!!the adrenaline looks good but expensive and 69 mph with a 496 ho seems a bit off with other comparable boats in its size range.

Re: adrenaline 24

watch out for the new 24 banana being built now should be completed soon, I bet it will give any 24 a run for its money and built for the rough stuff.

I have heard in the past that superboat possibly may have evolved {splashed] from a 24ft P+D, not sure, some other early 24 footers that i know of , Dynamic, Excalibur, Monza, i do not know how far back the 24ft Cigarette Firefox existed, i am guessing 1979, i am sure alot of you are aware, the Activator 27, is basicly the old Excalibur 27 speedster, up here in the Detroit, lake St Clair area, the 24ft Lancer marine , became,a 24ft Aero marine which became 24ft Predator marine, last i knew there might be some 24ft Awesomes, just a little of info i have picked up over the years, my two cents
