I spent all weekend grinding glassfiber, probably a total of 15 hours, only a couple hours away now! Then it needs to be rebuilt, but that's the fun part.
Got alot of pretty enginestuff delivered on monday, the reassambly of the motor should begin in a few days. :evilb: |

Thankfully I have been grinding some car parts. ( although I would rater it be my boat.) Now get that motor togather , Hey I need to do that one myself. |

The crank and oil pump is now actually mounted with new bearings and polished bearings surfaces. The bearing clearance is around .003.
Testmounted the new (to me) KE oil pan, and it fit just fine. Altough I will have the get some extra clearance to the notched transom by grinding down the rear end of the pan. Yesterday I got the new head studs in place, I will get the heads back from the shop on mon or tues, they needed that valve seat job after all. |
Looks good.......awsome videos by the way.............

Way to go Tomas. Can't wait to see it done!!

Tomas, Can I ask a favor of you? I need a measurement from the centerline of the rubrail ( screws) down to the top edge of the Pantera lettering on the decal. And a measurement from the edge of the Pantera back to the transom edge. The boat is looking good, where is your fuel tank located? I thought it would be in the pictured area between the stringers. Thanks
