Oil recommendations

I am going to try to change the oil this weekend. What should I use. I think I was going to use Mobile 1 synthetic.

I use Mobil1 15/50 and a Mobil1 filter as well.

I have always found running with no oil is best :D

Actually, Mobil 1 15/50 worked best for me. Im not sure its available anymore.

It is available, I just got a 5qt at wally world for $23.62. It had a big "New" sticker on it. It might not have been distributed everywhere yet, though.
It is also available in the gold cap/extended life, but only in quarts at about $6.50 each.
