VelocityRick what pic is that in your Avatar?

risky 12-01-2007 04:17 PM

Yes the one in the link above

That does not show the scoop on rear hatch, that was installed with the whipple charger, Nice boat for the price and I have been on the boat rides nice and has low hours. Great rough water boat, the owner moved up to a larger performance boat. There alot of play in that price....

Owner has had it for sale on and off...

Loves the boat but has two boats , used to have three, you only need one so back up for sale. Current owner has never gone to jail like in prevoius post that must have been original owner. Boat has few hours on it and whipple is on for two seasons with 12 hrs. I think 24k buys it, if not, cheap boat to run and he will keep. The motor cost more than that and the new scoop for the whipple is sweet on the back. This boat has never been on e-bay and it is well cared for the current owner is meticulous and has had everything gone through before buying and currently keeps it maintained by professionals. If the previous owner went to jail what does that have to do with boating.

$$$

What is it worth??

I think he was trying to explain why the hull was bought in 77 and rigged in 95. It was hard for the original owner to rig it on lockdown.

Dude! Sweet! 12-03-2007 10:25 AM

Looks like Angel's old boat.

TexomaPowerboater 12-03-2007 05:06 PM

Excellant example of just how good a 1977 Pantera can look. I would be skeptical about any non-pantera rigged boat. I've seen some non-pantera rigged boats with really bad wiring and sloppy rigging, which is why they stopped selling them like that. I'm not saying this boat is like that, just to watch out for it.

risky 12-03-2007 07:41 PM

Anyone local to Brick NJ

Go take a look no B.S. boat is clean and all there no garbage and no poor rigging alot of $$ spent.

risky 04-14-2009 06:58 PM

Back up for sale

Got a larger bowrider for the family asking 18k or b/o boat is rarely used, had a spectre and an Active Thunder so this was taken out 2-3 times in the last two seasons. Very clean and well kept.

It is still covered

Boat is the same as you see except a scoop has been added to the rear deck and a new pad made for the whipple, I will try to get boat uncovered this week-end. Vic

onesickpantera 06-12-2009 09:02 PM

risky 06-13-2009 01:24 PM

Gave it to a broker to sell, Aquarius yacht sales in Brick NJ at Lightning Jacks Marine on Rt. 70. Performance market is pretty slow, Just mirrored the inside of the engine hatch and put it in there indoor showroom, go to there website for pics. Vic

Nothing beats the sound of an I/O .. just my 2 cents, the one thing I did not like about my brothers 30 spectre with twin 300's was the lack of sound

Dono77056 06-19-2009 07:46 AM

Gotta feeling 10K is about the selling point in this economy for this boat. It's been for sale forever it seems...Lovemachines 94 is at a fire sale going out of biz price of 13K and couldnt hit the mark. To many nice 28's in the close range that aren't flying off the shelf. No offense....it's not what it's worth in this economy it's what you can get.

Beautiful boat, but...........it's O/B and I am not sure about using those things.
I just drove up to Chicago, I am looking at a 24 tomorrow.
If it doesn't pass inspection I will consider it, as that is in my budget.

They are not hard to get used to, jump on plane, and run the rpms up, trim to the sky, and watch the boat fly:drink:
