Are there any good 28 Pantera's out there for sale? I have decided it is the boat to go with, I want a twin engine model. Thanks everyone.

i have friend with a twin engine 496 boat that wants to sell . you can probaly get it for around 80 k maybe better . or the single " talon 25, 28. 2007 " " i would go single better balance "

I love Morgan Pantera, but dont want to spend that much right now, I like the way your friends boat looks, do you have more pics of his 28 Pantera?

There is one on Boattrader, but it looks rough. Who knows might be cheap.

I talked to that guy. He had a lot of good things to say about it. I believe the hull is stamped as a 1995'ish and rigged in 2001. So I believe its one of those non-pantera rigged 28's. He had it listed for 59'ish. I offered him $42K and he wouldn't take it. I also know that he tried to auction it off locally to no avail. The graphics are vinyl so they can come off pretty easy.

I'm sure that the 1999 28 with twin merc 454 310hp in Dallas is still available :D:D He had it listed for $45K, but it needs about $10K in work.

There was a 28 saber listed for $50K. Had twin 650hp's with around 80 hours. I was going to buy it until the apache came up

What do you guys know about the boat in post 5 as far as condition of hull motors drives and how does it run?

If you really want to know then just call the guy. He seemed pretty honest. He represented that the hull, motors, and drives were all in good shape. I believe its also a freshwater boat. I wanna say the engines have 540hp each. I think I remember him saying the speed was low 80's. New interior. Owner said he wants to move up to a cruiser.

Have I seen it in person - NO. Do I think its worth checking out............yes, but get the price right first.
