Anyone know this OLD boat. 81 Pantera 28
 

I got the boat back in 2000, it was in kinda sad shape. It had been sitting in impound for a long time. The guages had been broken out, the interior was gone and the motors gone. The boat was confiscated from drug runners, what I was told, in the early to mid 90's. The hull has re-issued numbers. It has been a huge project! Here is a pic of the boat when it was picked it up from the auction. If anyone knows it, and any details please let me know. I would like to know the history.
