Windshield Weatherstripping???
Where can I order the weatherstrip that holds the Plexi into the windshield frame for a '80 24'??
I pulled the windshield to sandblast and have powdercoated, want to replace the plexi, and then install new weather strip.
Anyone know of a supplier?

Hi Bouy,
I e-mailed Jo at the factory a while back about trying to find the same stuff. He said to send him a little sample and he would get it for me. I would think some glass company in any decent sized town would be able to get it also.

Thanks SHAWNA.
I hadn't thought of trying Taco.
I need to order new rubrail also, and I already found the correct profile through them. I'm only assuming that it is the original manufacturer anyway.

McMaster-Carr has EVERYTHING ever. I'm pretty sure if you wanted to build an A-bomb, you could get the parts from MC.

I'm buying stuff for work there all the time.
I have two separate accounts there one personal, one business.
I didn't search too deep there, I thought maybe someone here would have a quick link - I know I'm not the first one replacing this...

I think I found it.
Sent them an e-mail to send me a sample and $$ info.
I'll keep you posted on what I come up with. Maybe we can get a better price in a larger order, and I'll split it with you.
All the way at the bottom of the link #8156
