Doc of HiJacked Threads & Sarcasm :drink:

I have the transom and gimble assembley for the SCX installed now. Unfortunatly or fortunatly I decided to take the money from the sale of my jet boat and pay off dept. I hopefully will scrape up the money by spring time to bolt on the final piece- SCX drive.
I'll let you know what happens.

Doc of HT&S,
Very nice. I agree. There is an unbelieveable amount information on here. Many great guys that will help you any way they can. Usually not much mud slinging on here, but occasionally as you can see, it does break out. Not often though in the Pantera Forum. Anyways, hang with us and keep us posted. :drink:

Mike, what HP are you running? What kind of motor?

Thanks Adam! I have 532HP on the Dyno w/a 502 and the Bravo "X" drive ... it has a heavy duty top end and input shaft/big U joints & treated gears but the standard Bravo propshaft bottom end setup.

I am running around 5000 - 5100 RPM with the stock B1 26. My max HP is @ 5300 but that's only 11 HP more than at 5000, and I have 20 ft lbs more torque at 5000 with 547. I've said it a hundred times but I really like my 55 MPH solid cruise any day at 4,000 RPM with that prop, I just was hoping to get closer to 75 MPH on the top but the amenities are more important for my situation. BTW here is my cabin "before" .....

Were you planning to do some cabin or cockpit mods??

I am doing the bilge this winter and making my motor look pretty.

I have no cabin plans, I dont have any need for one, I like the hot rod only aspect.

Interior is somehting I sway back and forth on but one of the bolsters ripped this summer so I need to at least repair. I am just not sure if I want to take it apart and assemble somehting with more room like a 5 man similar to what Wallin had.

Right now I have enough work on my hands lol.

I just had a new motor put into my Z06 so $$ is a bit tigheter after the unexpected blowing up of my vette.....

I am not sure how she blew, we havent torn the blown engine apart yet.

2002 Torch red with black rims, brembo brakes, headers, etc.

My dad has a 2007 Z06 with black rims, red.

Love the Z06's. New one is faster than mine but has a wayy different feel to it.

Seems they do that on a regular basis...
So good old powerboats to the relief.

You got a stunning boat there being you IŽd loose all my motivation to cars in general...
I wrench racecars as a semi-pro (Viper GT3, Lambo Gallardo GT3)
