Looking for one rare boat.
 

Been just on the side looking at old post and stuff found a black 96 28ft pantera. would love to get my hands on this but the trail to this boat is really cold. Whats everyone know about this boat>? good and Bad. thanks.

I think Bearpaw took a look at that one a few years ago he can tell you more about it.

trippy paint, but i kinda like it. Remindes me of a pantera commin out of the liquid jungle. I remember that boat was in a road accident and destroyed. However, there is a white one painted the same way, and was tested by Teague and Hotboat magazine if i remember corectly. Jaime

That boat is not up to Pantera standards and it was not rigged by Pantera.

Dude Sweet and me were talking about this one the other day and seen it had an X-box on the drive? did this have a Notch Transum?

So as for as we know this boad is dead?

Go back in the threads, there was some pictures of the damage and rigging, not done by Pantera.

There was ( 2 ) 28s that had similar graphics. This 2001 Pantera 28' was painted and delivered by us 100 % complete. It was tested by Powerboat Magazine. It was built for a customer from Jacksonville,Fl. and was involved in a traffic accident few years back.Customer here in Miami owns it now and completely re-did the entire boat including new graphics.

The 1996 28' went to Peoria, Illinois and was not rigged or painted by Pantera.I have not seen the boat since it was delivered 13 years ago.
