Rick I don't get it ! Your asking the same amount that the bank turned down in the spring ?
Didn't sell in season and put it back for sale in the off ? You sure you really want to sell this boat ?

tomcei 01-04-2011 08:07 PM

nice set up.

I don't think the banks are willing to risk Anything, anymore. More failing everyday.

Its always been for sale. Just because it wasn't listed on OSO doesn't mean it's not listed on other sites. I relisted it on OSO per their forum rules.

The bank declined the offer because it was in the summer where they saw movement in loans and increase value. The bank was hoping someone would come along and offer more and that didn't happen.

Probably not going to sell, may even do a few upgrades:evilb: Looks like short runs this summer though, unless gas prices drop:lolhit:

Hi rchevelle just curious wot do you guys call short
runs and how far do you go on long runs just want to know how boating differs from where you are to here in the uk on a normal days boating , gas prices being wot they are ,we pay $9 gallon here which makes filling the boat painfull

Short would be less than 20 miles round trip, our typical run is 30 miles each way.

This bank is killing me....Geezz. One minute they are telling me to liquidate the boat and when I get an offer they counter-offer $15 grand more. Starting to think this is just a play tactic by the bank. Another months payment is another months interest.

This is the reason i did not try and buy a short sale house. Nothing but BS on the banks side.

So whats the deal, cant be sold for 40K? Whats the selling price?

OCCJoe 03-14-2011 09:27 PM

Rick just tell the bank to make your payment $250 a month and you'll put their name and logo on the boat and you will attend at least four major boat functions a year . It's good advertising for them and you get to keep the boat .

They told me what the NADA value of the boat was and what to sell it. Which was right around $45,000 so I have cash in hand and lowered the price.

The bank also told me that they are not taking on any "new" or "refi" loans and only handling existing loans and short sales.

I can NOT get into the ad to change the price. It won't let me. I had this problem before and I made a new ad and not making another one.
