Probably not going to sell, may even do a few upgrades:evilb: Looks like short runs this summer though, unless gas prices drop:lolhit:

Hi rchevelle just curious wot do you guys call short
runs and how far do you go on long runs just want to know how boating differs from where you are to here in the uk on a normal days boating , gas prices being wot they are ,we pay $9 gallon here which makes filling the boat painfull

Short would be less than 20 miles round trip, our typical run is 30 miles each way.

This is the reason i did not try and buy a short sale house. Nothing but BS on the banks side.
