I have found a 1987 28 pantera x race boat that was set up for outboards. Anyone have an idea what this boat or should say hull is worth with nothing in it no interior basically just the hull. Any input would be greatly appreciate!

IMO, very little. It will cost you twice as much to fully rig it than it will ever be worth. Unless you have a lot of the parts already and will rig it yourself.
