Pantera will be on Lake Norman, NC. Have been searching for a while and this one was 10 minutes from me. Crazy.

But i didn't get the ad.
It was first listed at 13,500... then 18,500.

I gave the owner a down payment. He is being wonderful to work with as I gather the rest of the funds.

He was getting many phone calls so he raised the price and is taking names & #'s of interested parties in case this deal falls through . . . which it won't.

The price increase eliminated the "can you send me more detailed pics" call & emails. The pics he has up pretty much represents the condition.

So, should take delivery in 2 weeks. Maybe less.
