speeds near 60 MPH

Sounds like a small block boat to me, triler looks beat,

Brown rug???

Sounds like it needs updating, may not de a deal for $10000??

definately a small block boat with the Alpha/MR drive.

Could be a nice project.

Hey I saw this CL ad a few days ago... awaiting a reply via email.

I figured it was a small block... and that did look small enough to be an alpha... did they really put alpha drives on Pantera's? I've never seen one set up like that.

Yes,

Angel had a 28 with twin small blocks, and Alphas(although they were Alpha SS's)

Ok, got a reply to my email... she's an 1981 boat and he will be forwarding me more pics tonight. From the pics on craigslist it looks like she has the pointed windshield and not the straight across one, also appears to have a single bow hatch with bow rails on either side of the hatch.

I would say the price is high for a 1981 with a small block/pre-alpha drive with brown rug, and a questionable trailer. Check it for wetness, I realize it is a Sterndrive boat, and mine is outboard, My transom was wet, but then again it had like 57 holes that had been plugged over the years
