Pepe told me that it originally had small blocks in it.

Dunnoit C69 is a nice ride and was yours right? The other day I went through the post on serious and all 140 pic's of when you rerigged it. I was hoping to find when you bought it was it already converted for a single? Where did the extra room come from for the six pack seating? I couldnt tell by comparing the pic's i had. Also where is C69 weight wise? I know its an older boat but was it possibly one of the lighter hulls Pantera made? Thanks, Jaime

Thought I replied to this yesterday, sorry about that.

It was already converted when I bought it from Ray. I believe the owner before him did it. In the old pictures you can see there was a pretty long flat area before you got to the "windscreen slope" then the forward deck. It was cut out and the three man was moved forward. Then another 3-man bolster was put in behind that one. I can't remember what the weight was, I think I had something about it on my "Progress" thread. I could only weigh the truck/boat/trailer and then just the truck and had to guess on the trailer weight. It felt similar in weight (SOTP feeling) as my '96 (the one that used to be Sean's and Griff's before that). Performance with the same motor was very similar, so I figure the weight probably was too.

One is gray with blue stripes (Shawn's boat) and was a 1985 or 1986 model orig. w/ United Racing small bocks/TRS and run by Mike Thomas (I think) of TNT. Now is cut for single drive. The other, I think, is an 1988 model that broke and sunk around 1992-1993. It too had small block/TRS.

You might be right. But now that I think about it, think they were SSM 2s.
