Leaking MM Steering Ram...
Anyone ever have to replace the seals on a Marine Machine steering ram? I've got one seeping a bit at the end cap...
Called MM today, but they're not open on Monday. :( |
I never had any leaks, but I did had 2 of them rebuilt by Marine Machine before upgrading the steering on the 24Super.. had an exsiting one on the boat and bought a used one for the upgrade, so I figured it'd be a good idea to have them freshened up at the same time.
I'm sure that Byng will get you pointed in the right direction when you get ahold of him. |

FWIW, I had a local hydraulics shop fix mine on my Checkmate and it was much cheaper.

They wouldn't fix mine but sold me the parts. I think it cost me somewhere around $2. Some of the seals are a bitc4!
