This is the 28' Pantera built by Pepe in 1984 that won one of the last races from Miami Beach to the island of Bimini the boat was rigged with 3 2.4 merc's and average 87.5 m.p.h. .It was confiscated in 1992 for smuggling drugs and sold to present owner in 1994. It was completely customized by Apache Boats in Hollywood.

They are all bad asss, the first one is awesome but worried about that .060 bore jobs i dont think you can rebore those blocks next time.

That's my old boat. Im the one that re-did the whole boat. Let me correct something that the ad says.. It was not redone in 09 by Pantera. Awsome boat, lots of fun and FAST. It is Pantera green not in those pics lol..
