Dru, beautiful Pantera. Wish I was in the market to upgrade from my 24 to a 28. However, too much money in my 24 to upgrade.

mgh, I understand you looking for a deal, but when looking at a Pantera, it is hard to find. What I can tell you, is that you will have a solid boat. Like many have said, maybe look at another brand that is more readily available. People with Pantera know what they have and know what they are doing, so any deal is just a good deal... not a steal. I got a good deal on mine about 5 years ago, but not a steal. Dru's 28 looks like it is well worth what he is asking. i have seen people ask you your price range, etc. Also, unfortunately for you, I traveled from North Carolina to Mich. to get mine. I guess I snagged it from ya.

The guys on this Forum know their stuff and always give great feedback for other owners. That being said, you are kind of pissin on the people that would help you out in the future. Don't think you really care, just sayin.

Oh yea, one more thing... there really are not many Panteras for sale right now. pop up here and there. When I got mine there were about 5-10 in the classified adds at any time. Now you are lucky to have 1-2 at any given time. You think that might have something to do with pricing???????????

Even with the economy, I , might be able to get what I would want out of my 89 24. Not that I am selling... just sayin that I would not have much competition if I was willing to hold on to the boat for a while.

Yeah I read it and even threw some sarcasm in there lol. Most entertaining thread of the winter so for. I dont think that was the boat I saw, cant be certain but I thought the one I saw had Pantera in blue, didnt have the race hatches or windshield either.

That was all yellow w/ fairing.

The more I think about it, I think the boat I saw had a windshield like bigboat's, it has been a while though I could be wrong. I know it didnt have the race hatches, and was yellow with pantera in blue on the side near the transom.

got my new hydromotive props. got my exhaust. went with emi thunders. having some vinyl designed for the sides. just stock piling parts for the spring. still working on trim indicators man those are expensive new. i want to go with the pop up red indicators but they are 800 bucks just for indicators and cables. still need the actuators on the drives and hardware for the tabs like another 500. i got a long winter to get everything ready. talking to alot of my friends last night and a bunch of us wanna come out to ohio to boat with you and your buddies this summer. find a good poker run for us to come to in ohio!!

I did Put-in-Bay last summer once and did the fun run in Cleveland the summer before. Those are the only two times I have had the boat on Lake Erie so far.

The only one around is out of Port Clinton and was cancelled last year. It has always been the third Saturday in August, dont know what is going on this year with it. The last couple years they have had barge parities off the sand bar in Sandusky bay that have been the last Saturdays in June and July. We have always had fun at them, alot :drink::drink:. There is always Kelly's and Put-in-Bay. Not sure what is really going to happen but right now we are sort of thinking of going to the Kenny Chesney Concert in Cleveland July 29. We are actually hoping the Sandusky barge party is the 28. We are talking about going to the barge party and leaving from there for Cleveland. Spend the night in Cleveland and be there for the concert Sunday. The barge parties are over at 5 or 6 can't remember, but plenty early enough to get to Cleveland. Big planes in the winter, have to wait and see what really happens, LOL

just ran that by the g/f and it sounds like a lot of fun. keep me posted we are in!!! when do tickets go on sale for the concert??
