I hear ya

Only difference is he is WAY OUT OF SHAPE for what has been done.

And....he is half way around the world.

The two boat owners before him lived in the same country and presumably didn't get so far out of shape with dollars.

I hope all the Pantera boat owners enjoy their boats.
Nothing to do with them.

And instead of making cute squeaky wheel comments maybe you should consider it was Berks money that finished off the last two boats.

I wish Mark nothing but great safe fun in his boat.

Berk 05-10-2012 02:54 PM

Jo, i think 6 months ago, i told Linda Nunez to stop calling me and if Pantera wants to say a thing, you should send me an "E-MAIL". i do not want that boat anymore. i do not trust you at all. i do not trust your quality and most probably you will put one of the old 525's that you raced with; i do not want it either. unfortunately it takes a long time for a Turkish guy to start a lawsuit in Miami. But everything is set now, you can talk with my lawyer. send me an e-mail and i will give you his title and phone number.

you want to move on? how about you give me back my reputation? how about those 5 boats that deposits already given? how about the endurance class race team project and the sponsors that i had? as i said before, you blame many; you are the only one to blame. i gave you an opportunity on golden plate, you chose to screw me...

this is my last post here, pls post your comments about my damn boat in beware and stolen section.

From what you know.

88bullet 05-10-2012 03:09 PM

good point... atleast not in the forums

JO - PANTERABOATS 05-10-2012 03:37 PM

Berk,

We might run behind schedule on a custom build but you can ask anyone about our quality. WE DO NOT CUT CORNERS WITH ANY PANTERA BOAT.

In referance to some used motor that is not true. You would have your warranty book and serial # from Mercury Racing when boat is delivered. I have not raced in over 5 years. I have no used 525 EFI so that is not true.

The only race boat that we have talked about was the one you left us hanging here with a 28' deck made that your friend Gursel never came up with the $$$.

In referance to 5 boat orders we never even discussed that. I dont even know what you are talking about. You know it was hard enough for you just for you to commit with the 1 boat order at a "dealer net" price.

Bottom line is we will continue working on your 28' SR order and that is it. I tried calling you today to work it out.

I will not post any more on any thread then. I do not conduct business on a public forum. Everyone knows where i can be reached at even my personal cell #.

They work great. Quite the 600 SCI down alot especially below 3000 RPM and we ran it back to back and really did not notice much performance difference.

scarab63 05-10-2012 08:32 PM

That's sweet.
Bet u cant wait for some alone time with the b`itch.

Little waxy, waxy. A Little driveway boating the night before the first trip out.:lolhit:

Very exciting.

What kinda trailer ? Alum or steel ?
The paint will almost be the same color as an aluminum beam trailer.
Prob look pretty cool.

M39976 05-10-2012 08:39 PM

It's a custom alum trailer with polished stainless fenders and mags. It should look nice.

scarab63 05-10-2012 08:43 PM

So, I did a search of his posts and 80% of his posts are in the beware and stolen section and read like he is a 14 year old schoolgirl. About 1 out of 10 are actually boating related.

I only had time to read a few, but appears he had an intimate relationship with Chris Sunkin and got burned. Now he is borderline obsessed with him.

Drama queens thrive on stirring the pot and riling people up. And that is what catastrophe is trying to do.

Mark, I apologize upfront if this further derails the thread about your boat. I just thought it should be brought to people's attention the issues catastrophe has.

You pretty much nailed it. There is more to the story, and I don't know it all, but I know more.

Mark, you got yourself one incredible looking boat, and I'm sure it will perform and hold up as well as it looks. Congrats!

If anyone wants to attack me for my first comment, please place it elsewhere. This thread is about Mark's new boat (gorgeous!!!) and not about some chump from Canada that wants to buy friends and "save the offshore world" to gain notoriety.

Enjoy your new boat, and post lots of pics!! (If I'm not mistaken, I was the first one that suggested the gray hull with "ghosted" eyes - it's the same thing I want on my own boat... Med issues have sidetracked me on completion)
