That was my original plan. What did you use for a drive,an ASD 6? The Army boat has a TRS? What do you think an extension box would do on a 24 with a TRS, I know where to get one currently

Be careful what you get in to ! I was gust gonna lift my TRS and the next thing you know I did a full resto . . Now my X is at 26" ! Go figure that one out !

20" extension box 26" X is what it came out to ... Don't you say anything more and let the cat out of the bag . The plan is in effect

The Army 24 has X of 18", My 24 Pantera has 18 (plus 1/2" since the pad is redesigned). With a Rev4 I have absolutely no blow outs or problem getting on plane or doing fast turns. I will be testing 3blades this weekend...

My advice to the thread starter is to get rid of the old and outdated TRS, get a Bravo and get some speed!

I'm running 79.5MPH with a Bravo One X and 496HO.

I put my x at 17 in my 24 Pantera and there is about an inch between the bottom of the engine hatch and my upper intake on a 500efi

Tomas what pitch prop do you run. That speed sounds great from 496, can't wait to try my 500 out
