Transom in my 79 24' Pantera

Guy's I'm going back to work on my Pantera project after 3 years of storage. Those who may remember me I epoxy primed and shot my hull in white Imron. Well it's still gutted and plans are to start working on her again. My concentration is replacing the transom and rigging with easy to find bravo stuff. Before I attempt this job myself I was wondering if anyone knows of a reasonable fiberglass guy in southern Michigan. My Cockpit floor needs replaced as well. I can paint so the finishing will not be needed. Just the structural work. Any help or suggestions is appreciated.

It's a silly question but has anyone ever used that laminate wood/plywood on a transom or stringers? They say that stuff will never rot.
