HP500 28 speeds
How fast was the 28 with twin hp 500's in them? The carbed 500's 470 hp and real gps speeds. Anyone know?

Wow 86 is good with 470 hp a side is great. Can't wait to get mine in the water I have 600+hp a side.

A newer non-step one ran 93 with 525s.

We had a 1991 28 with twin 502 550 hps carbs 34" centerline and 17.5" X dimension ran 86 mph with Standard Bravo I 30" props 1.50 reduction

I had a 2001 with twin 525 hp 502s with Gil exhaust , ran 86 best at 5300 with 28 b1 props , x at 16.5". Accelerated like a sob .
