Hi Kyle how ya doing? My boat has drive shaft which pushes motor forward not sure what happens with plug-in trans???

a #3 uses a transmission but the tail stocks are quite a bit shorter than a trs. dales motors are 4 or so inches set further back than a trs boat. plus the weight of a 3 vs a trs. and the #3 tailstock sits deeper in the gimbal than a trs first pic is of my tranny with a #3 tailstock and the 2nd is a trs.
