So this happened
I worked up the nerve to install this on my 24. It sounds amazing and blows out a 27 mirage like its going out of style.
I also added a drive shower to the boat this season and it's causing planing issues that I have to figure out if its worth keeping.
Conservative timing 10 base/28 total. 90/95 jetting on the HP950. Dropped the plugs two degrees, NGK 3249 (ac r41t) @ ".028 gap.
Keeping it under 4800rpm.

Update on the boat.
I went back to N/A. The blower was fun this season but a pig on fuel. I was conservative on the tune and safe with timing but the cast bottom end scared the heck out of me. I never hung it wide open for more than 30 seconds but with the 27 mirage I saw 69 mph within couple seconds and backed out of it at 4800 rpm. I put a dual plane edelbrock air gap on it versus the single plane from last season and it picked up a lot versus the Team G intake. Calm water, 25 mirage plus, it pulls 66 mph and with good water it's 68.5 mph, 4 people and a quarter tank this past Sunday! We had great water to run the boat and that's up from 67.6 mph by myself in good water end of last season. I estimate my compression right now with the 310hp gen 6 bottom end and the 088 heads is under 8:1. I don't think I'm anywhere near my original 425hp guess. Maybe 365-375 horse? I picked up a built 454 a couple weeks ago as a winter project that made 600 hp on Nickerson's dyno. I will most likely de-tune it a little because it was setup to run dry. Hopefully I'll get out a few more times this season I want to try the 24 pitch Bravo 1 on this setup.
