Someone on here had a 28 with sbc in the BVI if I remember right.

I think there was a guy called Justin on here that had sb in a 28 , there is allso a 28 in ireland with twin oil burners on arnsons ,
mine here in the uk but has BB and there is a guy in Germany with small block 6,2 mercruiser think he said he's hitting 70 mph

Austin, and he's in the Bahamas.

Angels old 28, which was redone early 2000s at the plant ended up on the west coast of Florida, owned by some lawyer.
I emailed him during my craze of looking for a 28. Can't remember the name, and can't find it since the Pantera Site has been taken down. But it had warmed over sbc's.

I also recall a fellow member having a SBC 28. Was a 80 or 81. Black Hull sides and had Pre bravo 1 drives on it.
