What style hub do I have in my 1999 24' Sport? I'm trying to buy a new Purple Steering wheel but don't know waht type of adapter to purchase. The boat is in storage so I can't go look at it.

Hi Kirk,

It is a standard 3/4 inch taper adapter.I am not sure if you are still running the Mercruiser Rotary Rack and Pinion tilting steering
system or the boat has now hydraulic steering.

Most wheels will bring the adapter with them , if not get get a wheel with a six screw pattern which is very common.


You can use the same adapter from your old wheel as long as you have a 6 screw pattern on the wheel.

Your bolsters backs are on the way back to you with your Pantera clothes order.
