1992 28' Twin 454 Mag Value??

A friend of mine is looking at a 1992 28' Pantera with twin 454 Mags and Bravo 1 drives. The interior is original, clean but getting old. The Motors are fresh overhauls, and the drives are rebuilt. The boat comes with a trailer. Overall the boat is a 7 - 8.

What is the average value range for this boat?

Just curious where the boat is located? Sounds like a similar set up to one that was forsale for a long time here in MN.

I would guess somewhere in the 40k range. A lot of factors to be considered though. Easily could be 5k+/-.
