496HO MAG Exhaust
 

I had my 496 HO MAG put back into boat after bellhousing was replaced. After first run with boat, the exhaust burnt through one of the 4" rubber exhaust hoses. Took boat back any was told that the motor was realigned and threw the angle off of exhaust. They reworked the exhaust to obtain proper water circulation through hoses. After second boat trip out, I now noticed that the Port side rubber exhaust is hotter than the other side. Is this nornal for one side to run hotter than the other??? Jeff
