454 Mag MPI

I found a nice lower time 454 Mag MPI with under 160 hours. Problem is its a 1995. My 24 Pantera is a 1999. Do you see a problem with this year motor in this year boat? Motor is full dress and I'll get compressoin/leak down numbers before buying.

So far its the best motor I've found. Can't beat an MPI for reliability and ease of start up.

I've got an 89 454 mag in my 95, and it runs just fine.
I'm gonna try to get it rebuilt over the winter, that should help w/ the resale.
