Gbay Poker run...
 

Just curious as to why the Georgian bay poker run that went meaford, Owen Sound, Wiarton and Lion's head ended?

Just curious.

That run was put on by Poker Runs America and not sure why it was taken off the schedule.

This year however we are doing an overnight Fun Run on Georgian Bay June 21st weekend.
Leaving Midland on the 22nd with an option of an inside or outside route and meeting at Henry's for lunch, then off to Killbear and Western Islands for a tour ending in Parrysound. Stay the night in Parrysound and head home on the Sunday, if weather is still great then possibly head over to Beckwith for a raft up before heading home.

For members of the boat club, the entry fee is $100 per boat and if you are interested in joining the Performance Boat Club it is $100 for the year.

nice place to go!!!! did wasaga to midland last summer, with a swim stop at christian island... have to go back !!!

Why don't you plan on doing the fun run with our group?
It is getting great response thus far.
It will be a great way to see more of Gbay with a great group.

Interesting... It seemed like that old poker run had a great turn out. My boat is a little small to make the run from wasaga across... Maybe someday.

I know I should! just boatless for now, and can't decide what I want...

This is an odd question... But any of you guys ever cross from the North to Tobermory? And if so.. Did you have cell reception out in the big water?

The event looks to be taking off. Rooms are almost all booked in Parry Sound for the Saturday night.

I hear there is a dock party in Midland on Friday night.

There are between 10 and 15 Nor-techs expected and there is an informal cruise for aerial photos of the Nor-techs both in formation and individually.

We are getting closer to this run and having fantastic response.
Only a few spots left, so if you are considering the run, do not waste too much more time in getting registered.
Dock slips are almost full and only a hand full of rooms left.
