How does a 34 run in 2-3 footers
 

I'm looking at a 34 Phantom and I was wondering how they ride in 2-3 footers?
Is it comparable to a 35 fountain or?

Sorry but I do not know about a 34 but a 39 loves it. And I will say that Will does build a great boat no matter what size. Good luck with your search.

No comparison! There is a reason why I built a brand new 34. I could have saved a few bucks by buying and older turd Fountain. ( No offense to all the Fountain guys .) but the Phantom is a true hot rod. Every boat has its limitations. I'd be happy to take you for a ride anytime. I was out today on the Delaware River, 94F degrees ambient conditions, still ran 90 mph with 90 gallons, 91-92 at the end of the day. It was a good day. Pictures will be posted once I find that dam communication cable for the camera to computer,

Any deep vee should tame 2-3s. My 22 does. Throw in some fours and it's still doable but not as much fun. (that's in my 22) Enjoy the new boat!

Congrats on buying smarty boat it's a clean and great running boat my son just picked up a 34 couple months ago love it.. I race a 34 with Brian we where in Ac with 5-6ft waves the boat still loved it
