Re: 2006 Pirates Run
Top,
When I talked with the sec. last Tues. she said we were close to 60. That was great news to me. Last year we signed up almost 25 within five days of the event. I think everybody waits for the weather forecast, which I must add is looking Fantastic for the event! I checked the 10 day for Himrod NY tonight and it says partly cloudy, 77 degrees, and a 20% chance of Precip. :evilb: (PLEASE - EVERYBODY THAT READS THIS KNOCK ON WOOD :D ) I'm getting excited just to see the new boats coming for this years run.   |

Re: 2006 Pirates Run
A little update:
Today has been very busy. Unless we have an absolute catostrophic act from the man himself, we should see 80 or even (this would be awesome)close to 90 boats this year. :evilb: Currently we have over 65 registered. Today I have recieved 11 emails and 3 phone calls regarding registration on Saturday morning, one of which was obtaining info for ten other boats!! Historically we have had between 20-25 register the week of/ Day of the event (you know waiting for the weather) . This would be an absolute Grand Slam if we hit 100 Boats! :evilb: I gotta tell everybody, lately I've been working my a$$ off. Between work and weather I haven't had a whole lot of time to get out on the water yet this season. I'm ready to party my ACE off!! :drink: I hope everybody is ready.......... :drink: :evilb: :D  :woohoo: I know I posted it before, my cell number is 607-742-3237 if anybody has any q's about the run. If you don't get me, leave a message and I'll get you. Bill |
