Ct/LI Poker Run?
 

Hello all. In the latest issue of Poker Runs America they are listing a poker run July 21 and 22 in Ct (Old Saybrook) and Long Island. Does anyone have any info about this?

The Pavillion Bar in Old Lyme Ct used to have one around that time each year, then the moved to to early September a few years ago maybe they are going back.

Thanks but its not Frank's run from the Pavillion. Its supposed to be a new venue all together.

It is a Poker Run of Americas run. I just got off the phone with Todd Taylor and he said the run is goin to be the 14 th and 15th of July. We arent sure of the details quite yet.

We arent sure where the stops are goin to be yet...but the is a possibility that the dinner is goin to be at Mohegan Sun!

hey guys,

The old saybrook run is going to be on the 14th and 15th. Ocean performance is going to be the host it will start there then go to block island for lunch. Then it is supposed to go to the casino for dinner and the nite. Of course other stuff in between. I think they are still trying to work out all the details. Only know all this because i just bought my new boat from them and other boats in the past. Been friends with them for eight yrs now. Great place and the service is great also.

From what I know it starts in Old Saybrook, then to Greenport to pick up a card, on to Block Island for lunch at Ballards and then up the Thames river to Mohegan sun or American Wharf for overnite docking. Then the dinner/banquet will be at Mohegan. Ocean Performance is the best of the best and I'm glad their finally doing a poker run for around here.

James, do you think we can get Joe to sponser this event or get them to bring some boats out and run??

How manny miles does that work out to be?? How far is Mohegun "up the river" tripps
