Ok, I am confused. 4 posts? Was this person an official participant? There are certain clues on his website that he was not really clear on what this event is all about.
Doesn't Billy have ALL the rights for photos taken during the event? Most of the other photo collections on OSO are "friends of Billy" and hence the other participants. I should think many people would object to photos of themselves being sold by someone not authorized to do so. Photos passed around by other boaters are ok, selling them is not. Does this "Steve" need a lawyer, fast? Perhaps some OSO legal eagles would be happy to lose, err, take his case. Or, maybe I just need a few beers and this confusion will clear up. |

Well ya got some incredible pics of my boat...but $35 is a bit much for an 8x10 photo. :rolleyes:
