Lake Okauchee Tie UP, any info?
Anyone been to the lake okauchee tie up, apparently it is this saturday, 29th. I believe it is in the Oconomowoc area? I was thinking about going down to it, anyone else going.

I went once in 1999. Located on Lake Okauchee. Best to launch at Golden Mast supper club. The lake is very small but the party is nuts. Not many offshore's just smaller boats and pontoons. I will not be there.

that's what i've been told, huge tie up and a big party, should be a good weekend to lead into madison's regatta the following saturday.......

I Live on the lake and It is better that you can image! they're will be 400-500 boats and only things you can only imagine! We would really like to get much bigger so come and tell you friends! Have someone who can drive the boat for you if you will be drinking though....They will nail you..6 municaplities patrol they lake! OUCH! GET THE WORD OUT!

What a part!! It was crazy fun, tons of people, tons of babes, loud music from the pontoon across the way. Only saw one sheriff, and that was at the end of the day and he was ticketing a 30 scarab for something, probably a noise violation. Will be going back next year for sure!!!

Yes, it was a great time, and the Sheriff was ticketing that Scarab for a noise violation. What a crock too... got him as he was trailering the boat pretty much 
I've been told there's a bikini contest at the Hideaway out on Okauchee this Saturday, 8/5/06. That should be another party!
I've also heard of a tie-up on Pewaukee lake on Sat. 8/12.

I will be at Pewaukee 8/12. The Scarab guy is GK on board. Yes DNR nabbed him for idleing around at 92 decibals. He just p/m'd me.

The Hideaway Bikini contest is Sunday August 20th from 11:00AM till dark! Contest starts about 5-6PM.
