I'm beginning to hear that the Clevelander has raised prices this year. $189/nite. Rumor has it they are booked... it seems pretty early in the year to be booked? Unless Steve has reserved all the rooms for us? :drink: :drink:

south beach in general is booked at least 6 months in advance

our room just down from the cleavlander has gone up $50 a night

still gunna go one less pair of shoes for the wife covers the week :)

Called two weeks ago and got the last three rooms at The Hotel. All they had were suites.

I can only imagine what the cost on those were. Where we stay...went up 80% from last year at the same place. And the only reason we got the rooms, was because we had spent the last 2 years there. The other hotel we like....they tore it down to build a new one...no doubt more expensive to stay when they open

rooms in southbeach under 500 per night are a deal beleive it or not and if you don't book now you won't get one
