Did you see the black thunder on the river near burt lake? We were there the same weekend as you,too bad the weather was so crappy. We also ran into this guy with a nice old cigarette when we stayed at mackinaw island,turned out we knew him and his wife from bay city,Mi. Summer ended kinda cold and fast this year

Mark,We saw a beautiful active thunder 37 ft pulling out the same time we did at the county dock near the mouth of the river on lk huron downstream of the locks,no pics though,I was already off the boat getting my truck and camera was on the boat,Smitty
