I realy feel like crap tinking I was one of the reasons the run got so much heat. I thought we had a green light up at the north end of the lake. If we get the chance to have another run it's 45 for me. Sorry again guys.

Reg, Its not your fault. The reason for the cancellation of the spring run is not totally due to the events at the fall run. The Village and Town of LG backed out of the event and cancelled their end of the deal due to being way over budget on other events that they have planned. W/O their financial support it would have very, very difficult to put together a quality event at a reasonable cost to the participant

We will have a great run in the fall and we will have the speed issue addressed and in WRITING well in advance so not to have a repeat of last years BS

Bob, I will try and call you this weekend. The businesses are open year round. I can contact them if you would like. I know them all personally. Frank and Boomer have seen some of the establishments and I think they will agree that it would be a great time. I will be happy to show people the lake. late June would be fine. If it is possible though later in the summer would be better as the lake will come down and show the great beaches on the Islands for the "fun" factor. We can discuss this when we talk.

Any word on a Sacandaga run? The last 3 years weve done an informal fun run but id like to see something a little bigger this year.
Chris let me know if somethings in the works id like to pick a date for a fun run soon if you guys arent planning one.
