That's cool Ty and thanks for the compliment. We've got a group coming in from Alabama that we always make a run with on Friday, plus, Strip Poker wants to make a run as well. Adding up to be a good fun run day before the PR. If you don't see me at Charlie's Friday (I should be there at some point checking out the hardware) feel free to pass through King's Point condos. I'm in unit 6 on the left as you're coming in by boat. There will be parties going on all weekend at the condos.

How far is it from New Orleans airport to where the events are? We have rooms booked at the Comfort Inn 2001 SW Railroad Ave. I have no more info than that right now. We fly in at 8:10 Thursday night. I would imagine that there is some type of event that kicks off Thursday night. :drink: :eek: :evilb: I will call you either Tues. or Wed. to set up our schedule for Friday morning. I may need some help on where to launch the boat and where to park at.

Depending on the traffic, 45 minutes to an hour. Pretty scenic driving too. About 75% of it over water. Some of what we will be running in all weekend. I'm assuming the Comfort Inn you're speaking of is in Hammond, Louisiana if it's on Railroad Avenue. Hammond is only about 10 - 12 miles from the Tickfaw. The sign up party Thursday is at Southdown's Bar in Baton Rouge which would be about an hour+ from the N.O. airport. Then, about 30 miles east back to Hammond to get to your hotel. Just depends on whether you are into doing all that driving Thursday night. I can line you up on launch, trailer parking etc. Just let me know.

Yep!!! Two years of bummin rides is long enough. Priority one was getting the condo rebuilt (done). Priority 2 was getting the new business in motion (done) and priority three... Well, you know!!!:D :D

I know you can't see the pic in the quote above but I noticed in the pic or your boat on the first page of this post that it looks like April Sound in the background. Our condo used to be down a few condos to the right and back a row (still had waterview) in April Point South. Wish we still had it. As I type this and look at your username, I think we've met at Storage 105. If you're the same Tom, I think your brother had the storage building right next to me. (I have the 30' Outlaw). Small world, I guess! Sorry to hijack your thread.
