My wife and I are coming up to meet with the Army Corp. of Engs. (we recently bought property Hartwell) regarding a boat dock permit. Our property is in the Coneros Pt. sub-division.
We're flying out tomorrow evening (Thursday 4/19 from IL) and staying through Sunday morning.
My question is are there any special events going on on Lake Hartwell this weekend worth going to? (obviously w/o our Sonic).

Hello, The wife and I are moving to the area ( family there already ) and would LOVE to get to know some of the fun hot boaters there, We sold our old boat, Chris Craft Scorpion, and will be looking to get a new boat when we make the final move, but if anyone would be interested in some company on their boat for the poker run, we sure would love to "experience" first hand a Hartwell poker run before we move there! we are a fun late 30ish couple and would really enjoy meeting new friends and having some fun on the water!!!!

The Lake Hartwell Inn is in Clemson on the water. They had docks in the past but not sure now. Rates there are very reasonable.
