The Naked Turtle is a club at the Plattsburgh Boat Basin in Plattsburgh at the entrance to Cumberland Bay. Clair & Carls is a small eatery next to the Turtle that has dockage. Like sono***un said, it's not too far from Mallets. Maybe would could arrange you cruisin over with the VT crew....that's their home launch!

Alright everyone, here's where we are at as of now!! Meet at the Naked Turtle and/or the docks at Clair & Carl's starting around 11am (no set time...no rush or stress). Relax a bit, head south to the Old Dock in Essex when we are all ready. Remember, this is a relaxing day on the water with nice rigs and good friends and maybe some new friends:D Endulge in some good food and drink head out either for a cruise or whatever the group decides. Finish at the Turtle for cocktails and night entertainment for those that desire.

Again, this is not a sanctioned event. No special arrangements have been made at either the Turtle or the Old Dock in terms of food or drink or special dockage. Most of us know the deal at the Turtle/Boat Basin. 22 spots are available at the Old Dock but can't be reserved BUT they said they would work with us. Any updates or changes I get between now and Saturday, I will post.

jim, tried to get ahold of steve mckenna today but played phone tag. he the owner of the dock house. i will call you or email you once i talk to him tommorow. he luvs fast boats. kevin broderick from plattsburgh spring has his baja 29 outlaw back and is a definate also.

I dunno, sounds like the old man is just going out with the wife and little one. Not sure of my plans yet this weekend, but sounds like the weather is gonna be perfect! I'll talk to him today to see what's up. It'd be nice to get out for one last run.
