Nauticia...they have the beach to park...the only hotel with a slip is the london bridge resort

We usually donate our time by being a support boat. There's alot of out-of-towners, but our little group does what it can to make it a safe event.

Are we able to reserve space on the beach for our boat, or is it first come first serve? (ie. is there a risk of not having a spot for your boat at the Nautica?)

First come first serve and no saving any spots on the beach. Most people however are respectful of people saving spots, but the hotel policy is that no spots are reserved.

I would suggest you check on your reservation, I am requiring a deposit for each room towards your poker run registration.

We got the "buy it now" deal they ehre offering before we left last year. Are you telling me their not honoring it? I hope not, Carlos' entire crew will be their in 08' (sans Carlos RIP) and they did the same thing!

That was before I made any arrangements for the event, I was close to moving the date to 4/17-20 for 2008 so what would have happened to your reservation then?
