Hi everyone, after some long and much overdue time we have got the particulars worked out for The Swamp Run 2010 on Oneida Lake. For those that may not be aware of this FUN-RUN this is our 6th year hosting this run, and like the last 2 years to Benefit The Make-A-Wish Foundation. This year the run will be held on July 31st 2010 at The WaterFront Tavern http://thewaterfronttavern.com/ Starting and Ending there. The run will make stops at these venues located on the lake also, Harpoon Eddies http://www.sylvanbeach.com/harpoons/ , Fisher Bay Resturant http://www.fisherbayrestaurant.com/ , and The Old BoatHouse http://www.wix.com/OldBoathouse/p1 . This run would not be possible with out help from sponsors and participants, and as always we Thank Everyone involved. We have a Pre-Reg form set up to help us better perpare for this event to besure we are donateing as much as possible and that we are prepared for our attendance. Last year we raised $5100.00, enough to grant a wish for one child, this year we would love to surpass last years donation and of course can not do that with out help from participants and sponsers. Below is a copy of our sponsorship/donation explanation form:

To all of our continued and new supporters, this season on July 31st 2010 Nys PowerBoat Inc will host for the 6Th year in a row the 2010 Swamp Run PowerBoat fun run to benefit Make-A-Wish of NY. This run will START and END at The WaterFront Tavern on Oneida Lake in Brewerton NY. Like in past years we are looking for supporting sponsors for this very special event. Last year with much help and support, we were able to raise $5100.00 for Make-A-Wish, enough to grant a wish for one of many very special children associated with the Make-A-Wish foundation. Nys PowerBoat Inc specializes in creating, hosting, and promoting Fun. Safe, and Organized events, focused at benefiting charitable organizations of many kinds and sizes, and has so far hosted over 25 successful events of this kind. At this event we will hold a live auction for all donated items we have received, we will welcome any donations as well as financial donations of any size (every little bit is a huge step towards our goal of beating last years donation). This event also has THREE unique sponsorship levels, 1st SILVER-all SILVER sponsors will receive advertisements and a link, all web based on our site, wall plaque, and editorial and donation mentions. 2ND GOLD-all GOLD sponsors will receive advertisements and a link, all web based on our site, wall plaque, editorial, radio, and donation mentions, as well as TV based media mentions, and Logo/Name on Event posters and flyer's. 3rd PLATINUM- all PLATINUM sponsors will receive advertisements and a link, all web based on our site, wall plaque, editorial, radio, and donation mentions, as well as TV based media mentions, and Logo/Name on Event posters and flyer's as well as Logo/Name on all Event shirts. This year this event will patronize the following venues, The WaterFront Tavern, Harpoon Eddies, The Old BoatHouse, Fisher Bay Restaurant all located on Oneida Lake. I would like to say thank you to Nolan for including us this year on the run. It will be nice to see everyone togetheragain for a great cause. The Old Boathouse will be a stop and a sponsor of the event. Look forward to seeing everyone, and also look forward to working with Nolan on some future events. No reason to Thank me, there are a few of us that it takes to put an event like this on, Mike (aka:Sissy) and myself like to do it and thats why we continue to do so. The goal at hand is to raise as much money for the kids as possible, and with help from people like the BoatHouse and CarGuy as well as other sponsors that make it that much more Substantial in the End conclusion. Is there reservations required for dockage overnight on sat? Where is the best spot to launch to be near the Waterfront?

I put in at the Brewertonboat yard and have never had any problems. The ramp us pretty close to the start and finish point.

No reservations needed, Free docking on the state dock right at The Water Front. I will list lodge #'s and marina #'s below, I will list in order of Closest 1st.
