Is anyone planning on staying in the city at night or is everyone pulling out and headed home.

Nordic, do you know if the marina you gave a link to allows overnight parking of the truck/trailer?

Yes they do and they also have transient slips if you want to stay at the marina in the boat. You could also run back down after lunch and stay at Liberty State Landing down by the Statue of Liberty.

Anthony, not looking to sleight you in any way, but I remember a couple years ago running from the harbor to lamotta's in the sound... I think we had about 12 boats on that run. Just an idea, I know you put a lot into these, thank you!

Where is Lamatta's? I didnt do that run but I am looking for new places to go. How far from harbor is it? good docking? and food?

I am unable to work at my day job until the UNION & the Co. gets an agreement so I am looking for work at the moment...

If enough people are interested I will make the trip up.

Hey that could be good news for us Sharkey,sorry about strike. Hey guys whos in?????? We always make these fun runs into a great photo day and Sharkey does a great job. If you NEED photos of you and your boat in front of the NYC skyline, Statue of Liberty, Freedom Tower etc. this would be a great opportunity. So lets get on board and get the word out,we need more people to join on for a FREE day out on the water..

Food was excellent and docking was good if I remember correctly.
It's in Port Washington. The owner used to be involved in offshore racing if I am not mistaken.
