I've never trailered my boat up that way before. Are there restrictions on the Palisades Parkway that would not allow a dually with a triple axle trailer? I've heard there are weight limits.

You can not trailer at all on the Palisades Parkway. You would have to come up NJ Parkway to 287 to rt9 or come up 287 north out of NJ to rt202. A bunch of guys like Expensive Date come up from south Jersey all the time to this marina. So maybe PM him and see what he recommends or hook up with him and follow. His name is Tim and Im sure he will help you out.

I usually go up Sat.and either sleep in boat or leave boat at marina and grab a room.We could go up together or I could give you directions its not hard. Its a really nice place to run.

And depending on the weather if its nice both days we will do the run on Saturday like planed and also do some boating on Sunday. So come spend the weekend. The marina has transient slips with power or you can leave the boat on the trailer and sleep in the boat. The marina has showers and bathroom on site for your use. Or you can get a room about 10 minutes away and leave the boat at the marina over night.

Thanks for the info. If the weather looks good, I'll be up. It looks like the Garden State Parkway is off limits north of exit 105, so I'm thinking Turnpike to 287 is my only option.
