For sale, but not sold. Actually, decided to keep the boat and unleash the condo. We have a lot on the next canal over and plan to build a place there.

And the weather looks awesome for this Saturday. Can't wait to hit the water. I've been so busy this is the first time the boat has been wet since Halloween at BRB. :angry-smiley-038:
